Our story begins at the end of the last century, in our first family workshop that was a part of a residential building in Bijeljina. We had a modest beginning, and our activities were limited to hospitality industry. During these days, we had the honor and pleasure of working with our friends and fellow citizens, the shop owners that decided to put their trust in us.
At the initial stage of our business development, we knew that we have to be extremely careful and thorough, so we made sure that our automatic sugar packing machine meets our clients' expectations. Our customers could, together with their guests, sit, have some coffee and relax, knowing that their branded sugar will be delivered on time.
On the other hand, we didn't allow ourselves to relax, and we grew bigger. In the beginning, our whole facility consisted of the previously mentioned packing machine, and a small printing machine/printer. In the coming years, we gradually introduced some reinforcements. As time was passing by, our production power increased with the acquisition of two bag making machines followed by a lamination machine with implemented foil cutter, and thanks to the new printing machine we obtained, we acquired the possibility of printing in 6 different colors.
To, ipak, nije bilo sve. Naša draga radionica je postala tesna za novo postrojenje i novo tržište, te je bio potreban veći kancelarijski i proizvodni prostor, pa je 2002. usledila selidba u novi dom. Izgrađen je novi poslovni objekat koji je mogao uspješno da odgovori novim potrebama.
However, that wasn't all. Our precious workshop became too tight for the new facilities and the new market, so we needed a bigger office and production space. Therefore, in 2002, we decided to move to a new home. A new office building that could meet our demands was built.
Of course, we didn't stop there. Seven years later, we decided to make a new investment - a printing machine, made by an Italian company Carint, was added to the family of our production facilities. This machine enabled us to get an imprint of better quality, as well as to print wider and faster, which ensured a timely delivery to our clients, and increased the quality of their products.
All these improvements suggested that we needed more employees to handle the equipment. Introducing new technologies into the manufacturing process implied the opening of new positions in our company. When hiring new members of our team, we applied the same criteria as we do now - we demanded professionalism and diligence, and offered stability and a pleasant work environment. In order to realize all of that, and also make room for our "newborn" from Italy, we upgraded our building by adding a new hall, and kept growing step by step
Prudent business investments contributed to expanding our customer base. New clients had new requirements, and the most important thing for us was to adapt to them, as well as to offer every customer a product that fits their needs perfectly.
Thanks to working hard every day and being devoted to what we do, we've always managed to reach this goal, but the clients' needs continued to grow. The market demanded high-grade imprints, a wider range of materials, and impeccable overall quality. In order to offer our customers more freedom when choosing a product, we added two new machines to our manufacturing system - the "Simplex" laminating machine made by Nordmeccanica from Italy, along with the Bimec cutting machine. That way, we were even more prepared to satisfy our customers' needs and maintain their trust.
As a result of a professional and thorough approach to the work we do, over time, Press Pack became one of the leading packaging manufacturers in Bosnia & Herzegovina. Our entrepreneurial vision has been the same from the start - we believe that, in order to truly achieve your business goals, you must foster patience, persistence, constantly invest in new technology and new markets, and create a growth-oriented working environment.
Nowadays, our satisfied clients, over 200 of them, can testify to our credibility better than we can. Our two transport vehicles make sure the orders are delivered efficiently and on schedule, and 20 of our dedicated and reliable employees are responsible for ensuring that our products are of top quality. Surely, we don't plan on stopping here. In the years to come, we will continue to grow and solidify our reputation step by step, patiently and persistently, together with our workers, clients, and friends. Press Pack is operating following all prescribed standards of which it possesses certificates ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 i ISO 45001, as well as HACCP standard. The company has all export documentation needed issued by Public Health Institute of the Republica Srpska.
